The John Watts project came to us as a referral from a major flooring manufacturer. Although our client had a vision for their future space in a unique historic building, the principles and their in-house designer asked for our expertise to find finishes that would make the showroom and office space stand out from the ordinary. We sourced specialty wallcoverings that made an impact, with a high-end, sophisticated look. The time-sensitive project was completed ahead of schedule.

NEOPERL contacted us with a time-sensitive project, so we arranged an on-site meeting for the very next day. We utilized special concrete grinding machines to prepare the aged concrete surface for our flooring installation.
Knowing NEOPERL planned to work with us on a future exterior design and landscaping project, we recommended light-filtering roller shades that still allowed optimal exterior viewing. We recommended structural improvements and specified, obtained, and installed privacy blinds in office spaces adjacent to the common area. Despite the tight required turnaround, we delivered ahead of schedule.

McCarter & English reached out to us when looking to renovate their outdated law firms interior finishes. Occupying two floors of City Place in Hartford, they were looking for the renovations to be done while keeping their office operational. We specified products to be used that would give them the best RO; supplied and installed all products with project management services that provided the smallest disruption to keep their busy office running.
Robert and Matt put together a remarkable team to completely re-do our walls and flooring. Every step of the way either Robert or Matt would be walking the floors personally noting things that they thought needed attention; things that we would not normally notice.
